Usefull tips to Clean the Printers!

Doing a printer cleaning is the best way to always have a clean and readable document.
Two type of printers.
Whether the printer is an Epson printer, HP printer, or a Canon printer the general procedure for cleaning is the same. If the printer happens to be a bigger printer, for items such as advertising on larger format materials, the process is a bit more exaggerated but essentially the same.

Every day printers
Cleaning an every day office type printer usually just entails a good solid wipe down. The real trick is to not damage the printer by using cleaning items that are meant for other cleaning activities. Cleaning chemicals to avoid include alcohol or more harsh cleaning agents. These chemicals can damage electrical areas and do more harm than good. Try and stay with light cleaning supplies like baby wipes or a damp non shedding towel. In either case, do not let water get into contact with the inside of the printer whether it is an Epson printer, canon printer or any other.

Cleaning the printer.
The very first thing to do is unplug the printer. Make sure that all lights are out and that the plug is away from the unit.
Open the front of the printer, with a damp non-shedding cloth give a light wipe down looking for dust build up or paper shards. If the paper has been appearing with black marks on the back, look inside the printer and wipe excess ink away. Make sure to wipe this area again so that there is no remaining moisture.
A clean printer cartridge is also a must clean area. Remove each cartridge and gently wipe excess ink away. Be sure not to leave any fibrous material around exit ports. The paper receiver basket may need to be removed and check underneath for dust and paper shards around the legs. A proper printer cleaning also means wiping down the basket with a mild detergent. You can also use a cleaning cartridge, which helps to clean inaccessible points of printer by hand.
If the printer has not been used for some time a head cleaning will be needed. For a complete printer cleaning in this instance go to the control panel and printers. Here the unit will be able to run diagnostic programs and get the printer heads up.

HOW TO INCREASE YOUR IPOD CAPIBILITIES

A. Keep Your iPod Cool.

As far as IPods go, being cool is best. That means ensuring that your IPod is at about room temperature (72° F or 22° C). Do not keep it in strong sunlight, The more the iPod heats up, it lower its life.

B. Use Your iPod Regularly.

Regular use of your iPod ensures that the battery charges and discharges regularly. This prolongs both the battery life and lifespan. An iPod that is used regularly will last longer.

C.Turn Off.

You can either use the hold button to prevent the iPod from waking up due to movement or switch it off when you don't want it. This helps conserve battery power and delays the necessity for another charging cycle.

D. Disable Wi-Fi.

If you keep the Wi-Fi capability enabled always, the circuits tend to consume a lot of power even if you are not connected to a network. It is wise to enable Wi-Fi only when you need it.

E. Backlight Off.

Keep the backlight of the LCD screen off will help conserve a significant amount of power.

F. Applications.

There are several applications available for the iPod that keeps the screen from becoming dim or turning off. The applications should be used sparingly in order to maximize the iPod Capabilities.

ThePossiable Threats For WiMAX!


The WiMAX Technology "802.16"
In this advanse world of technology we have so many technologies that help us in every aspect of our daily life such as transportation, communication etc. WiMAX is also one of the emerging technology that provide us high speed mobile data and telecommunication services. WiMAX stands for "Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access" and it is based on IEEE 802.16 standards. It works same as Wi-Fi does but it is more efficient then WiFi and it can route data to Wi-Fi that is Wi-Fi devices can take advantage of WiMAX connection. WiMAX technology provides higher speed connection up to 70 Mbps over the area of 30 miles. There is no need for line of sight connection between subscriber terminals and the base station in WiMAX technology and it can support hundreds if not thousands of subscribers from a single base station. It is also specified in 802.16 standards that it will supports low latency applications such as voice, video, and Internet access at the same time.

I have analyzed and study the risks to WiMAX technology and provide some enhancements techniques and solutions for that. Most of the threats to WiMAX technology are the security issues that need to be suitably decided for better services and security of the WiMAX network. The issues relating to security of WiMAX technology are authentication, encryption and availability. I will discuss and analyse each of the issues in detail and provide some possible enhancement for the WiMAX technology and solutions to overcome the problem.

Around 2004, WiMAX technology become progressively more discussed. Although initially designed as a fixed technology, it was being conformed in the standards to develop into a mobile technology also known as IEEE 802.16e. Many experts made claims about the WiMAX technology, some claimed it would have significantly greater range than 3G, higher data rates, would be built into all computing devices and as a effect it would take over the market for 3G like services.

In 2006, the view was that WiMax mobile networks might not be launched until the end of 2007 or 2008. It would then take some time to install the networks and require terminal devices, so it might not be until 2010 that it would be likely to see whether WiMax was having any impact on 3G.
